Protocol
I have put a lot of thought and preparation into our space with your comfort, our safety and the recommended protocols in mind. I have purchased a Hepa Air filter with UV sanitation to make sure our air will be filtered 4 times an hour. I will be cleaning the room in between each session as always but with extra CDC recommended sanitation spray for the table and equipment that I use, (You know I am very earth conscious) I will be using Rejuvenate which meets these strict sanitation guidelines but is also earth friendly. I will be doubling up on the top sheets instead of using blankets for right now, as per CDC recommendation. Our face cradle will also look a little different as it is now a pillow case that is draped to catch any particulates that may occur while face down so that you need not wear a mask. I will be looking a little different as I will be using & changing my apron, face mask and sanitizing my safety glasses and/or face shield between each session, as well as washing my hands up to my elbows for 30 seconds prior to and after each session(This was already in place but bears repeating). I will be sanitizing all surfaces between sessions including door handles, sides or doors, & hard surfaces.
There are some new requirements I am asking of all of my clients prior to each session. I would like each client to sign a waiver stating that, to the best of their knowledge, they have not been exposed to COVID or experiencing any COVID symptoms, and there will be a health screening prior to any future appointments. It also bears mentioning, that I will be straightforward with any clients if I am exposed to COVID-19, or if I am feeling unwell so that we can reschedule our session time for a later date. All I ask is that my clients treat me with the same respect and care that I treat them with. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. I am happy to waive my cancellation policy for sickness and reschedule your session.
I am also offering contactless payment in the form of invoices, Apple Pay, & Google Pay. If you would prefer this method of payment, please let me know. If not, I will be sanitizing your card after I swipe it, and sanitizing my phone and card reader after I take your payment.
